Required Publicity & Reporting by Sponsored Event/Project
IHGC Logo & Sponsorship: The IHGC and its logo (available via email) must be on all publicity and marketing materials (posters, websites, media releases, etc.)
Providing Marketing Materials: The IHGC requests that the Sponsored Event/Project provide at least three (3) posters for display at IHGC and for IHGC archives, as well as media releases and other electronic or print marketing materials to the IHGC for its own marketing and publicity purposes (newsletters, directed emails and listservs, etc).
The IHGC requests an informal follow-up report of your event. General guidelines for the report are:
-1-3 pages, as needed.
-Details of the speakers and topics
-Any new ideas or results or initiatives resulting from the symposium
-How many people attended overall?
-Anything else you may think of that would point to results and achievements?
-Please insert at the end a sentence or two about what the IHGC’s funding enabled you to do and what value-added effect or result that funding had, if any.
This information is helpful for our annual report, as well as in any reporting which various entities at the University may require.
